WELCOME TO MOSAIC - MISSION-ORIENTED SWAFS TO ADVANCE INNOVATION THROUGH CO-CREATION
MOSAIC – Mission-Oriented SWafS to Advance Innovation through Co-creation – is a new Horizon 2020 project in the field of co-innovation. MOSAIC will consolidate past Responsible Research and Innovation (RRI ) project outcomes into one knowledge base and in doing so develop a new methodology. This co-innovation methodology will be tested in place-based innovation ecosystems in the frame of the Horizon Europe Mission on climate-neutral and smart cities.
NEWHORRIZON FINAL CONFERENCE & VIRTUAL EXHIBITION
The final conference for the Horizon 2020 project NewHoRRIzon will take place online in May. The programme is made up of breakout sessions that deep dive into RRI and co-creation contexts, exploring the future of the field in Horizon Europe and in the global research and innovation community.  The virtual exhibition will be a chance to learn about social labs, pilot actions and other related RRI projects.
WELCOME TO MOSAIC - MISSION-ORIENTED SWAFS TO ADVANCE INNOVATION THROUGH CO-CREATION
NewHoRRIzon has launched a Massive Open Online Course of Responsible Research and Innovation. The course is open to everybody to access free of charge. The course explores why it is important to act responsibility in research and innovation processes and reflects on different ways to apply such practices. Throughout the course, tools and case studies will be shared. Learn more and access the course here.
WELCOME TO MOSAIC - MISSION-ORIENTED SWAFS TO ADVANCE INNOVATION THROUGH CO-CREATION
The Europlanet Science Congress (EPSC) is a major European meeting on planetary science and consists of talks, workshops and posters. For the 2021 edition a call has been launched for a session on 'The role of citizen science in scientific research: across disciplines and beyond scientists'. Papers from scientists, educators and those who design, facilitate or evaluate citizen science projects are invited to cover topics including methodology, outreach and transformative approaches.
WELCOME TO MOSAIC - MISSION-ORIENTED SWAFS TO ADVANCE INNOVATION THROUGH CO-CREATION
The MOSAIC project - Mission-Oriented SWafS to Advance Innovation through Co-creation - is a new SWafS call coordinated by Stickydot . The project explores a Responsible Research and Innovation (RRI ) approach to Open Innovation, involving a range of different stakeholders. The project will do this in a chosen ecosystem (city or metropolitan area), which will be focused on climate-neutral and smart cities, linking it to the Horizon Europe Mission.
Mission Cities
An upcoming workshop as part of the French Presidency of the Council of the EU will be dedicated to civic engagement in the EU Missions, specifically in the Mission on climate-neutral and smart cities.
Mosaic CoP
This week MOSAIC ran its first webinar with the cities that applied to its call, which will be followed by another in January, as well as one-to-one support before the EoI deadline closes.
