The TIMES4C consortium is holding its first Citizen Science Helix Event: The Role of Citizens in EU Missions. The event will take place online on Tuesday 8 February 2022 from 13:30 - 17:00 CET.
This event will explore how the EU Missions offer a new way to brining concrete solutions to society's greatest challenges, with many goals and methods, least of all to engage citizens every step of the way.
The Missions plan to engage with citizens and boost societal uptake of new solutions and uptakes, but this event will ask 'what exactly will the role of citizens in the EU Missions implementation be?' The upcoming Mission calls will also be discussed.
MOSAIC, which is developing an Open Innovation Methodology to be tested in the EU Cities Mission, will be presented by Marzia Mazzonetto from coordinator Stickydot in a pitch during the event.
